Return & Refund Policy

If a Squatty PottyW stool, accessory, or gift is not right, you have a 30-day unused-return window from the delivery date on the carrier scan.

What we take back

Unused items with original packaging
The same SKU that left our bench
A return started by emailing [email protected] with the order number

What we cannot take back

Opened hygiene items such as wipes once the seal is broken
Gift cards
Items returned after day 30

Refunds

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method after we inspect the parcel, usually within 5–10 business days of receipt. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong piece. There is no restocking fee on approved returns.
