Ordering and shipping

Do you ship free? Eligible orders ship free. The header bar states the current offer. The amount on the product page is the amount you pay for the item itself.

How long does delivery take? We pack in 1–2 business days. U.S. carriers usually deliver in 5–7 business days after that. International transit, when offered, is an estimate of 8–15 business days.

Can I track a package? Tracking goes to the email you used at checkout once the box leaves our bench.

What can I pay with? Credit card at checkout. Totals are in USD. See Payment Information for card details.

Returns

How long do I have? 30 calendar days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.

How do I start? Email [email protected] with the order number. We send a label when the return is eligible.

Who pays return postage? Eligible returns are free. No restocking fee.

The stool

How does a toilet stool help? Raising your feet changes the angle at the hips so a bowel movement can happen with less strain. Height notes live on each product page (often 7" or 9").
